ADITH is a rarest flowering of Mangalorean chess. He is uncompromising in style and very aggressive on the board. It’s a treat to watch him on the board. His Rating of 2162 is a testimony of his strength in chess beyond in Karnataka as the nearest rating in his category will be at least 60 points down. Securing international acclaims in 2 years is almost nearly impossible task, that too in category like Under 12 where the players will have started chess at the age of 5, with 7 years amassed experience!

Master Adith Jagadish has won 1^st in Boys’ Under 12 Category in the prestigious ‘Celebrating 10’ Chess Challenge 2006 organized by INTCHESS and Singapore Chess Federation on 24^th December 2006. ‘Celebrating 10’ was an International Open Rapid event which was participated by a Grandmaster, many strong International Masters, FIDE Masters and players from different countries.He also secured very impressive 5^th position in the Under 13 Open category in the 2^nd Asian School Chess Championship organized from 17^th to 23^rd December 2006 by Singapore Chess Federation at ASEAN Chess Academy, Singapore.
